Artwork guidlines

We want to help you get your artwork set up correctly first time - to avoid any problems with the printing process.

Here is a quick checklist to go through before sending artwork:

Please note : If saving as a PDF please flatten the file in photoshop before sending the artwork. If saving the file in illustrator please make sure all fonts are outlined before saving as an eps.

Here is an example of how to set up your document. The example shown here is for a4 size. The grey dotted line shows where the bleed has been added on to all sides (bring any colour or images out to this line). The solid grey line is the actual size document and the dotted green line means no text should go past this area. This is so when the artwork is cut, the text is not too close to the edge.
