At Iglow you can have ring binders printed in the design of your choice whether it be your company logo, a photo, or simple text – they are perfect for holding larger quantities of paper. The binders are Din A4 and you can choose from different fill height options with a choice of 2 arch or 4 arch clip mechanism. The only thing then left to decide is if you want gloss or matt lamination
Formats and fill heights
Lever arch files at Iglow Print come with two different mechanisms and various fill heights. The format is always DIN A4.
There are two options to choose from when it comes to lever mechanisms:
- 55-mm fill height (lever mechanism), 70-mm spine width, 2.4-mm cardboard thickness
- 30-mm fill height (lever mechanism), 40-mm spine width, 2.2-mm cardboard thickness
Choosing a ring binder with clip mechanism will give you the following options:
- 50-mm fill height (clip mechanism), 60-mm spine width, 2.4-mm cardboard thickness
- 30-mm fill height (clip mechanism), 40-mm spine width, 1.9-mm cardboard thickness
- 10-mm fill height (clip mechanism), 20-mm spine width, 1.9-mm cardboard thickness
Which mechanism should I choose?
If you frequently flick between documents or add new sheets, we recommend the lever mechanism. The practical lever means the arches are very simple to open, making these folders much easier to use. print24.com’s lever-mechanism lever arch files feature file fasteners, which press the documents together. The press fastener consists of a plastic clip and metal. The spacing for DIN A4 folders is 80mm.
Clip-mechanism lever arch files are useful when documents are simply punched and filed away. The mechanism is characterised by its D-shape, and the lever arch files have the standard wire file fasteners. The spacing here is once again 80mm for DIN A4 folders.
